Volunteer Opportunities

Out Of The Shadows Theater is a production of Celebrate Inc,  a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization. We have many ways for people to be involved-- sharing  time, talents, resources,  and services.  Please send us a note and tell us you are interested in knowing how you can become involved.  (info@outoftheshadowstheater.com)  We will get back to you as soon as we can! Participate on a committee

• Fundraising–brainstorming, grants, sponsorships, thank you notes, 
• Marketing–social media, blogging, graphic design, networking, 
• Production–reading scripts……
• Volunteers–coordinating, phone calls, emailing, 
• Workshops–brainstorming, organizing, emailing, networking, 
• Events–planning, shopping, coordinating

Assist with Workshops–set up, take down, support & encourage, 

Transportation–ride to and from rehearsal, workshops, performances…

Assist with a special events–celebrations, cast party, etc…MC, baking, check-in, 

Production Volunteer Needs:

• Set Construction and painting
• Sew Costumes
• Auditions
• Rehearsals
• Shadowing an actor or production member
• Help with Loading in the set or Striking the set after the show
• Help with Hair and Make up
• Assist with House Crew–ticketing, ushering, concessions
• Crew as a stage-hand or props master

We are currently seeking volunteers for our 2022 Monthly Arts Workshops as well as our 2022 production. We are so grateful for our many volunteers who support our program with their time and talent.  We have heard from many who have been involved, about the incredible rewards they receive through working with Out of the Shadows Theater.
